Trust Priorities

The Trust has identified 5 priorities for 2024/2025 academic year. These are:

1. Establish and embed a sustainable & distributed model of curriculum leadership across the Trust.

2. Improve teachers' and curriculum leaders' ability to design tasks that accurately reflect and reinforce pupils' substantive and disciplinary knowledge gained from lessons.

3. Develop a Trust wide approach to the planning of personal development experiences and opportunities within and beyond the curriculum

4. Establish a Trust growth strategy to ensure the long-term sustainability (operational and educational) of Endeavour Partnership Trust

5. Create clear and defined career pathways and continuing professional development and learning (CPDL) opportunities for all staff within the Trust
