Trust Priorities

The Trust has identified the following priorities for 2026/27. These are:

• Further develop governance across the Trust so that Trustees and Local Academy Hubs have the capacity, expertise and clarity of role to provide consistently informed, visible and effective challenge.

• Further strengthen the consistency and quality of teaching across the Trust by establishing and embedding a shared, evidence-informed approach to effective pedagogy, so that pupils experience consistently strong teaching.
• Strengthen the Trust’s long-term sustainability and capacity for growth by ensuring the successful integration of Linton Mead, with governance, leadership, workforce, systems and school improvement arrangements effectively aligned to support a high-performing Trust.
• Ensure the Trust’s model for inclusion bases remains sustainable over the long term, while maintaining consistently high-quality education, support and outcomes for pupils across all schools.
• Ensure every pupil benefits from an ambitious, inclusive and coherent Trust-wide enrichment entitlement, aligned with the DfE enrichment benchmarks, which broadens experiences, develops skills and strengthens pupils’ sense of belonging and aspiration.
• Ensure the Trust has secure, resilient and future-ready digital infrastructure and services, with a seamless transition to the new digital service provider and a clear Trust-wide approach to meeting the DfE digital and technology standards by 2030.
