Sue ReidEPT Member
Sue Reid
Sue is a qualified teacher of science with NPQH and post graduate qualifications in science education and school leadership development. She worked as a local authority school improvement advisor for several years supporting primary and secondary schools. Sue contracted with Ofsted as an Ofsted Inspector in September 2015. She previously inspected as a lead and team additional inspector with tribal for a number of years. Sue is currently a self -employed education consultant working across England for maintained schools, stand-alone academies and academy chains. She has carried out La school improvement effectiveness audits and has assisted a failing LA to achieve improvement. Sue inspects schools internationally and specialises in improvement of SEN provision, teaching and learning and leadership in schools, delivering a range of curricular including CSE, ICSE, MoE and IB. Sue has been subject to enhanced DBS.

Terry WoodgatesEPT Member
Terry Woodgates
Terry started his career in 1995 with the Gen Re insurance group, qualifying as a  Certified Accountant in 1998. After a six year spell with HSBC Asset Management, he moved to Charles Taylor Insurance Services, providing accountancy services to a number of insurance industry clients within the Lloyd's market, one of which was Nomina which he subsequently joined in 2011. Managing a team of 5, Terry is responsible for producing the annual accounts for over 1,500 companies and partnerships. As well as specialising in the preparation of financial statements for insurance companies, Terry has comprehensive experience in the production of consolidated group accounts. Â

Mark Morgan
Mark has a diverse background in leadership, management and coaching across different sectors, which currently includes Offender Education for NOVUS (part of the LTE group) and before that various leisure and fitness companies.
Having previously worked as education manager at Belmarsh, a category A high security London prison, Mark has been education manager of a category B London prison education department for the last two and a half years. Mark works alongside and supports key stakeholders (SERCO, HMPPS) to meet the government's reducing reoffending agenda by way of education provision as well as employment and training opportunities. Mark has overall responsibility for the development and delivery of the PEF education contract, managing contract compliance which includes leading weekly, monthly and quarterly performance meetings with stakeholders. His other roles include designing and delivering a curriculum based on prisoner identified needs and local labour market intelligence with key focus on the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and ensuring quality processes. Oversight of the H&S management of the department is also a key aspect of the role especially in light of the COVID 19 pandemic.
Prior to managing a department, Mark worked as an advanced practitioner as part of the London Regional Team, coaching and mentoring around 70 tutors across 5 London prisons. He provided teaching and learning and assessment support through developmental and formal OLTA processes and delivered regional and national CPD training workshops as well as providing local support to managers operationally when required in order to meet contract requirements.

Juli Preece
Juli has experience in education having worked for 32 years as a primary teacher, firstly in Enfield for 18 years and then at Windrush Thamesmead. Juli took early retirement in 2019. She also worked Woolwich Polytechnic Boys school for 3 years working with less able pupils and teaching top set maths in years 7 and 8. Juli enjoyed teaching most areas of the curriculum but she has a passion for maths. She was maths co-ordinator at Windrush working across both sites and was part of a Greenwich maths hub group that went to Shanghai in order to develop maths mastery and train staff from London and China. Hawksmoor School which joined EPT in April 2021 was also part of that partnership.
