Thank you for taking an interest in joining our Trust. Endeavour Partnership Trust is at the heart of its communities that we are all extremely proud of.

Endeavour Partnership Trust is an academy trust that is driven by the vision of ‘excellence through partnerships’. We firmly believe that we succeed through supporting and challenging one another and as a family of schools, driven by a clear sense of purpose, we aim to create a legacy of great educational provision.

We are now looking to expand our group of schools, having established ourselves as a Trust with an excellent track record of success. That success has seen us maintain outstanding at Windrush Charlton Primary and Windrush Thamesmead Primary in July 2024. Success is also reflected in the October 2023 Ofsted outcome for Hawksmoor Primary School, which was graded good overall with outstanding in behaviour and attitudes 2 years after joining Endeavour Partnership Trust following an inadequate judgement.

Our model of success is driven by the needs of each school - not a one size fits all model. However, what is clear is that sharing expertise across the schools has led to the success of our improvement planning across the Trust. When joining a trust, arguably one of the most valuable benefits is the vast collaboration between schools and this network is an invaluable resource that helps the areas for improvements that we identify.

Our collegiality means that we are a Trust where everyone, from myself as Trust Lead to teachers and all levels of support staff, engage with our communities, not from behind closed doors but as a forward facing organisation where all people matter. And for that reason, whilst the Trust will offer operational guidance and teaching and learning support, it is important that your school maintains its integrity and independence.
