Endeavour Partnership Trust

Why Join EPT?

We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding education to our children in a climate of honesty, collaboration, happiness and transparency.  We are not a hierarchical trust in any sense and want to partner with schools who share our aims and values.

Our purpose is to support each other within our school communities in a climate of trust and respect.

Our Trust Lead is highly accessible and as an NLE will support school leaders with school improvement issues and meet with Senior Leaders within the Trust on a weekly basis. She also regularly carries out Pupil Premium Reviews across the South East of England.  The trust will support and broker external School Improvement Partner visits as well as organising a yearly peer to peer review of each school.  We aim to build sustainable leadership across each school and support middle leaders through an extensive training programme which runs weekly as well as ensuring they have weekly non-contact time to ensure their role impacts on pupil outcomes and well-being. Many of our middle leaders have worked up through the ranks to become Assistant Heads, Deputy Heads and Headteachers. Those who want to aim high can be rewarded with rapid progression. We also have a number of Specialist Leaders of Education who can work across the trust on specific curriculum areas as well as supporting a whole school focus.

The trust can offer outstanding financial advice, support and training to School Business Managers, finance officers and Senior Leaders through our exceptional Trust Business Manager who was formally Head of Children’s Services Finance for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Her guidance and support will ensure all mandatory controls and checks are in place.

Please contact the Trust Lead Jo Marchant jmarchant@endeavourpartnershiptrust.org.uk for further information.
